The location was great and Ty was wonderful and very friendly
The balcony view was horrible (parking garage) and the trash pick up noise every night at 2am and 5am was just awful. Charging so much more for the balcony room is not right because you are not getting any benefits of it. I would have rather paid less for a non-balcony room with no trash pick up noise. If I would have known trash pick up was every night I would have ask to change rooms. When I ask the front desk on day 2 if trash gets picked up every night, she did not know. The room was clean with the exception of the floors. Our feet were black while walking around. So we wore our flip flops the rest of our stay. The balcony was also very dirty and I went out to the hall and grabbed a broom and swept it.

3 flights of stairs (no elevator) to get to your room that is the size of a closet for $200.00 per night. Raised floor with no lighting where someone could easily get injured!! Incredible!!!!!! What do you think???

This place is right smack in the city center, so you're close to everything. Plus, there's the Oceana Grill nearby - super cool spot to hang out 🍹.

The location was unbeatable; the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful; the design of the hotel interior and exterior was impressive; we LOVED the pool.
Because of the interior design, the hotel is quite 'echoey'. If there are loud talkers on the stairs or hallways, you can hear them very clearly. Also, and MOST annoyingly, the doors to each room are spring loaded so they close very quickly and very LOUDLY! If the guests are the thoughtful type, they shut the door carefully to avoid the slam. But if they are not (and unfortunately we were surrounded by a number of these types of guests) you can expect loud door slamming day and night - which is very disturbing and uncomfortable.

It was very clean, staff were very nice, convenient location.
The hotel did not have a working elevator and what was described as a "king suite with separate shower and bath" was actually a double bed with a shower only.

The place was reasonably priced. The location was particularly good and perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from French Quarter. The hotel itself was in a relatively quiet area, not far from a parade, the French Market and shops and restaurants. The rooms themselves were nice styled with a balcony. All the staff was top-class and we had an early check in.

This venue offers a nice bar on-site, well-designed rooms with balconies, the most comfortable beds, and ceiling fans.

It was a classic building, the room was reasonably spacious and nice styled with a balcony. Location: the hotel was near to the French Market as well as the center...

The hotel is centrally located to all of the spots we wanted to visit. The employees are extremely helpful and friendly.
The elevator is not in working order. Apparently the owners have run into bureaucratic red tape.
